What materials do you use for your bracelets?

Up Your Pop offers three ranges: Silicone (flexible, non-slip, ideal for everyday use), Ceramic (premium finish, elegant matt texture) and Stainless Steel (ultra-durable, contemporary design). Each material is selected for its durability and high-quality finish.

How do I look after my Up Your Pop bracelet?

It’s easy to look after: simply wipe it down regularly with a slightly damp cloth. For silicone, rinse with lukewarm water and leave to air dry. For ceramic and stainless steel, avoid abrasive products that could damage the finish.

What are the delivery times?

We deliver throughout Europe and to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination — they are calculated automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your parcel in real time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order via our Contact page. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once it has been dispatched, you will need to arrange a return

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging. Return costs are payable by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake.

My product is faulty — what should I do?

Please contact us via the Contact page, attaching a photo of the faulty product. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, with no return charges.

Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days. It will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
